#12 | Travis Charon has become an AEA All Around Champion.
travis charonTravis Charon has become our 12th AEA All Around Champion. He won his first AEA title at Hockey Hold'em IV August of 2018. His second AEA title would come the following year at Silver Puck Challenge XV with team Jabackass in the Rooster Cup (CCOED). Now with a Kegger Cup and Silver Puck Challenge title to his name; he would just need a Dekes & Dangles championship to earn the AEA All Around Champions honors. It would be a three year wait before Travis would get in the finals circle on the pond. In 2022 at FTK Ice Center at Dekes & Dangles VII, he would join SPC in the A Bracket and work is way through the round-robin game to the finals. SPC would go undefeated on the weekend and their 15-12 win in the finals would lift Travis to one of pinnacle awards of the AEA. Travis would become our 12th AEA All Around Champion with the Dekes & Dangles VII championship win.
Travis Charon will be eligible for the AEA Hall of Fame in 2031.

Hockey Hold'em is a one of kind adult "gambling" hockey tournament played with drafted teams of all different skill levels, ages and genders. If you want to be champion at Hockey Hold'em you're going to have to "Gamble Your Way to the Top!" [MORE INFO]
Dekes & Dangle Pond Hockey Invitational is currently the only pond hockey tournament being played in west Michigan. Dekes & Dangles is "Pond Hockey for only the Strong. The facility includes heated cabins, a chilling system and a lights for night time play. [MORE INFO]
