David started his AEA legacy in June 2005 at Silver Puck Challenge I. He was part of a team known as Fredonia, and with Fredonia he win multiple Silver Puck Challenge championships (SPCI & SPCIV). In the first years of the Silver Puck Challenge the games played in the "A" Bracket were something to watch, let alone to be part of. Fredonia would make it to the finals four times (SPCI, SPCIII, SPCIV, SPCV), claiming titles in Silver Puck Challenge I & IV. The "A" Bracket slipped away and so did Fredonia, but David kept showing up like a dirty penny. His persistence would pay off as he would claim his third Silver Puck Challenge title at SPCXII as member of Maroon Union. The following year David would do it again, this time he would win the JEMC with some alumni teammates that all played for Denny McLean in their younger years. Denny passed away prior to Silver Puck Challenge XIII and this team really worked hard to bring home the victory for their mentor, friend and father. Now known as Uncle Dave, we caught up with him at Dekes & Dangles III where apparently he has set his eyes on new titles and opportunities in the AEA world. David was inducted in his second year of eligibility.
