#4 | Nichole Werkema has become an AEA All Around Champion.
nichole werkemaAnnie Devaney and Nichole Werkema have become our third and fourth AEA All Around Champions. Nichole . She earned her first AEA title at Silver Puck Challenge VIII in 2012 in the Rooster Cup (Competitive COED). She would win her second AEA title on August 21, 2016 at Hockey Hold'em II along with fellow teammate Annie Devaney. The two of them played in numerous Dekes & Dangles tournaments together falling short every time. The two (2) would finally win the triple crown of AEA titles together at Dekes & Dangles III on February 3, 2018.
Nichole also hold the record for the youngest AEA participant to achieve the AEA All Around Champion title. She was only; 24 years, 8 months and 28 days old.

The AEA has been bringing adult "beer league" hockey tournaments to west Michigan for over 20 years. Established in 2005, we have delivered some of the most competitive and unique tournament formats to the state. Our goal is to insure that all teams have the same opportunities to compete and win.
