#9 | Joshua "Doc" Vance has become an AEA All Around Champion.
joshua "doc" vanceJoshua "Doc" Vance has become our 9th AEA All Around Champion. He would win his first AEA title in 2016 at Silver Puck Challenge XII at Patterson Ice Center. During the SPCXII tournament season he would win two titles; one with his team FTK in Fredonia Cup (A) and the other with Jaback Ass in the Rooster Cup (CCOED). He then would go "home" for his next AEA title. While playing in the A/B+ Bracket of Dekes & Dangles III at FTK Ice Center; Josh would win he first pond hockey title and etch his name on the championship crest. Now with two of the three titles in hand, it would be a short wait before he would be able to lift the Kegger Cup above his head. At Hockey Hold'em VII (2021) he would officially achieve the honor as an AEA All Around Champion with a 8-3 win in the Hockey Hold'em VII finals. Doc is now our 9th member to the AEA All Around Champion club.
He is also an AEA Hall of Famer; being inducted into the hall in 2020.

The AEA has been bringing adult "beer league" hockey tournaments to west Michigan for over 20 years. Established in 2005, we have delivered some of the most competitive and unique tournament formats to the state. Our goal is to insure that all teams have the same opportunities to compete and win. Dekes & Dangle Pond Hockey Invitational is currently the only pond hockey tournament being played in west Michigan. Dekes & Dangles is "Pond Hockey for only the Strong. The facility includes heated cabins, a chilling system and a lights for night time play. [MORE INFO]
